At Point & Retrieve, we do our best to ensure your order is packed with care and delivered to you as quickly as possible. Below you'll find everything you need to know about how we ship, both within Australia and internationally.

Shipping Within Australia

We offer Standard and Express shipping options Australia wide.

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.
  • Delivery Time: Shipping timeframes depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
  • Free shipping within Australia only on orders over $120

International Shipping


We’re excited to offer international shipping to the, United Kingdom and New Zealand. All international orders are shipped from Australia using Australia Post Standard International services. Please note that delivery timeframes may vary depending on your location and customs processing. Any import duties, taxes or customs fees incurred once the parcel reaches its destination country are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on potential charges.

Important Shipping Info

  • Once your order has been dispatched, Point & Retrieve is not responsible for shipping delays, lost items, or parcels damaged in transit.
  • You can track your parcel anytime via the Australia Post website, which will also provide updates on any service delays.
  • Please ensure your shipping address and email are correct before checking out. We cannot take responsibility for incorrect or undeliverable addresses.
  • If you’re unable to collect your parcel from your local Post Office within the 14-day collection window, it will be returned to us. In this case, the customer is responsible for paying any reshipping fees.

Order Delays

We aim to get your order out the door fast, but sometimes courier or customs delays happen. If there’s a delay, we’ll always do our best to keep you informed.
